This course is essential for all those involved in the handling of Dangerous Goods in Warehouses and for Road Transport.

4: Lithium Batteries handling procedures for Road, Sea, and Air Transport.
Transporting of Lithium Batteries for Transport needs to comply with all the three modes of transport of dangerous goods. Requirements for the Transport of Lithium Batteries for Road Transport must comply with the Land Transport Rule 2005, Amendment 2016, and the NZS5433 Standards. Requirements for the Transport of Lithium Batteries for Marine Transport must comply with the IMDG Code and Maritime NZ Regulations. Requirements for the Transport of Lithium Batteries for Air Transport must comply with the IATA and ICAO and CAA Regulations.
